Eastern Shore Heritage, Inc., is a partnership of Maryland government, business and civic organizations, and individuals dedicated to enhancing the historic, cultural, natural and economic resources of Maryland's Eastern Shore through preservation, promotion, education, and stewardship of our heritage. 

Formed in June 2000, Eastern Shore Heritage, Inc., (ESHI) is a nonprofit organization serving the counties of Caroline, Kent, Queen Anne's and Talbot.   Through a community-based master planning process, ESHI is working to:

• Generate awareness of Maryland's Eastern Shore counties of Caroline, Kent, Queen Anne's, and Talbot as a primary travel destination;
   
• Improve the regional economy by fostering economic enhancement linked to the natural, cultural, and historic resources of Maryland's Eastern Shore.
   
• Promote the protection, stewardship, and enjoyment of these resources.
